RSTMS and all intellectual property including leased services remains the legal property of Racing Interactive with out any exception unless otherwise stated in hand written agreement.

All Services including the RSTMS software, Hosting, and Racing Interactive supplied Website are per lease basis and are not the legal property of the lessee, the lessee is the legal and rightful owner of all and any additions added to maintain the service for their use.

The Purchase of Domain names are the property of the Racing Interactive Service lessee and not that of Racing Interactive, Racing Interactive holds no responsibility of the use or naming of the Domain name and has no legal obligation to the Domain name.

The Bronze Horse Service is only available with Free Subdomain and the lessee can not use a Domain name with this service.

Racing Interactive holds no responsibility for the content and use of it's leased services and reserves the right to make changes to any material within this site if it deems it inappropriate and to make updates when necessary with out any permission from the lessee.
